windsave2table #1086

Windsave2table does not seem to be reporting some of the variables that define our approximations to the spectrum in a cell properly, namely pl_alpha pl_log_w exp_temp exp_w. This needs to be corrected so that we can evaluate whether we are making good approximations to the cell spectra.

This was a mistake; I was not using models that had an ionization approach that generated the values above. In fact windsave2table works fine.
