Stacking slabs with different sized textures causes odd visual outcome #3

stack a 16x16 textured slab ontop of a 32x32 textured slab will result visually in seeing a full block which appears as the 16x16 slab. vice versa occurs when stacking the other way.

Although not strictly a comboblock issues I need to investigate to see if I can compensate for this by up or down scaling on load (probably down unfortunately)
