Producing units with capacity does not contribute to current production's capacity limit #5

Example:

This is perhaps somewhat tricky to implement without expanding scope further, because TI4 plays with capacity values a bit across factions (see: Sol carriers, Argent destroyers, L1Z1X dreadnoughts, etc.)

Super good catch, and is another layer of trickiness capacity increasing with upgrades? Maybe a short-term implementation could be when the user produces greater than 0 of a unit, pop up a form field next to the counter where they can input a capacity value? Don't know if that feels too messy
