@troyth will code the server, @jstoddart is going to do the interface design, Allen you will be implementing in HTML and CSS.

Please talk to @jstoddart and work out the implementation strategy and make some annotated wireframes showing the HTML elements you intend to use, then meet with @troyth before you start to code so we can figure out the best implementation.
