I added documentation blocks to the prototypes, constants and templates in the RPG copybook. The documentation is ILEDocs compatible. I have uploaded it to my ILEDocs site: http://iledocs.rpgnextgen.com , see noxDB -> JSONXML.rpgle .
The length of the non-comment lines is max 80 characters and thus should fit into any source file (non-streamfile). The comments have a max line length of 100 and should fit into any common source file today.
The whole RPG copybook is now coded in FREE RPG but can also be used in non-FREE RPG code.
Any editor which supports ILEDocs comment style now gets some additional information about the artifacts in the copybook.
