Layout Block: Resolve Yoast Not Working on load when Default Mode is Preview #1214

To test this PR:

  1. Install and activate Yoast.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Page Builder and open the General Tab.
  3. Set Layout Block Default Mode to Preview and then save.
  4. Create a new Block Editor powered page.
  5. Add a Layouts Block, and import the Consultant Layout.
  6. Save, and reload the editor.
  7. You'll note that the Yoast content analysis reports no text is present.
  8. Create a build of this PR, and then reload the editor once it's active on the test site.
  9. You'll now notice that the content analysis reports correct values
