Bug description: In the login form, the languages CAT and EN appear as codes, not as a description.

I am unable to reproduce the specific bug, but there is clearly a significant issue with the implementation of the login page:

On my machine, the page is rendered in Catalan, despite the language.default setting in stm_conf being configured to English.
The correct language codes should be en for English and ca for Catalan, as defined by the values in stm_language.lan_shortname, rather than the localized names Anglès and Català.
