making navbar responsive #406

What are the steps to reproduce this issue? … making the navbar responsive so that it works well for all devices … adding javascript code to make responsive navbar … What happens? … navbar is not responsive it overflow for low dimension divices

What were you expecting to happen? … when website is running on small dimension devices then there should a botton to expand navbar

Any logs, error output, etc? (If it’s long, please paste to https://ghostbin.com/ and insert the link here.)

Any other comments? … please assign this to me to make necessary changes
