Black bars appearing in the Sky #192

What happened?

Everytime i look at the sky i see these black bars. I am using distant Horizons and i noticed that TAA upscaling makes it even worse. I don't know if this is only appearing for me, but here is a Video: https://github.com/sixthsurge/photon/assets/158101468/7bb8d12a-fb52-429b-bb1c-12bbeafd562e I needed to compress the Video so it isn't as strongly seeable as non compressed.

My System: Intel i5 12600KF RX6700XT 16Gb Ram 3600MHZ My Minecraft mod version: Forge 47.2.14 Oculus 1.7 Embeddium 0.3.21 DH 2.1a

I found out that this Problem is caused by the Temporal Upscaling set to only x9.
