Ability to add an image (as the very first layer so all other elements would be above it) and set its x and y values in the JSON and manually crop it in the JSON if needed.

There is a new type of 'section' that can be specified in the JSON for the scouting form. Check the help information on the Wiki for more information about how to use this. This is available in 2.0.6.
