Some initial tests done, does not seem to compile at all under SunOS.

Done, samba-4.2.2 is now available, pulled in 4.2.1 from upstream (pkgsrc-joyent) and added some needed fixes to nss_wrapper, disabled ldap (was giving me errors), enabled zfsacl and fruit vfs modules.
