I an running elfeed 3.4.1 on emacs 29.2.

I am seeing this every time I try to update feeds, not sure how can I debug it: Error running timer ‘elfeed-curl--run-queue’: (search-failed "^Features: \$.*\$$")

As with most Emacs problems, the first step is to try to reproduce the problem in a clean configuration. You could use https://github.com/alphapapa/with-emacs.sh to help.
