Create a vignette #1

Would be good to include a short vignette that goes through an example of the risk set matching on a smallish, open-source data set (needs to be longitudinal). Some plots of balance (e.g. love plot, exact matching fraction) could be created to show that it works.

Including an example of doing exact matching with the code would be useful to add to this

Possible dataset to use for the vignette: https://www.kaggle.com/jboysen/mri-and-alzheimers?select=oasis_longitudinal.csv

Alzheimer's data, fairly small (couple hundred rows and subjects)
"treatment" is the onset of Alzheimer's (CPD score > 0)
match on covariates like age, education, gender, etc. Ignore test scores.
no good outcome to measure here, but would still serve as a reasonable matching example. Can show differences on the various test scores that correlate to treatment.
