Preliminary endpoints for the HarveyConnect app. This is still a WIP, but this should be good to get started.

TODO's

Localize categories (English and Spanish)
Marker content should be translated too:?
markers is a horrible name. Need something better!
Allow admins to edit markers
Import relevant data from needs and muckmap
Collect underpants
???
