Fujitsu memory MB81416-12 #30

Have anybody tried these as VIDEO RAM? They are 16Kx4 and pin compatible with 41464

MB81416-12 will not work for at least three reasons:

  1. They have wrong density - 16K x 4 instead of the required 256K x 4
  2. They have wrong package/pinout - 18 pin instead of 20 pin
  3. They are too slow - 120ns access time instead of the required 70ns or faster
