Add image rotation option #35

To correct image orientation if needed it would be nice to have image rotation 
feature in SLIR and perhaps option to use auto rotation based on EXIF 
orientation would be nice as well.

... I propose this as a higher than merely "low" priority. :-)

We are integrating SLIR for a iPhone app, for example, and portrait mode just 
does not render appropriately.

+1 preview generated with slir have a wrong orientation
