plantuml-default-exec-mode is set to 'server by default? #132

After upgrading the package, a bit surprised that it is set to 'server by default. Even though the README says, it is set to 'jar by default.

jar (default) to run PlantUML as a local JAR file. This is the traditional system used by plantuml-mode
