steps to recreate: try to add a person with an empty email/ incorrect email details: one portion of the error message says that domain labels can only be separated by hyphens, while the other says it is seperated by periods. This might be confusing for the user

Reason for disagreement: Thank you for your response! Admittedly, I should have added "Expected: no contradiction in how domain labels in domain name should be separated" in the bug report, to ensure clarity. However, I do believe that the initial bug itself states the issue with sufficient clarity.
