[Enhancement] Ability to change RTC time #437

Hi, I just wanted to ask if you were planning on implementing a way to change the emulator’s RTC time, primarily to leverage pokémon events to tie in with the project I’m currently developing.

If not, I understand & hope this emulator stays as great as it currently is
