Support Safari #4

As @yusuke84 reported, It seems that Safari supports screen sharing. Currently the library checks the UA and forbids screen sharing if not supported. So let's enable Safari to do this.

This is enabled by other plugin and has nothing to do with this repo. So, I'll just close this one.
