Detects the having is unavailable error #101

Still waiting for the Backend to maybe give us a nicer way to detect this one.

The parser gives us this error literally as a string. It might even be inside an exception that we catch; I'd have to check. We don't have any more information than you do, unfortunately.

Sounds like the check will have to be in here.
