Support Areas #144

With areas becoming more and more relevant, they are starting to replace what so far has been done with groups (grouping lights by room for example, which can now more easily be done with areas).

However, areas cannot be used with presence simulation.

Idea: Allow users to select areas that they want to consider in the presence simulation and have an input (dropdown, checkbox, text field, whatever) to select the respective domains (light, cover, media_player, ...) that should be targeted within those areas.

This would greatly improve the seamlessness of the presence simulation setup and would also make it more maintainable for users, as new entities don't need to be added manually.
