Feature Importance Figure Missing #10

In the .html FIGURE 4.1: Example for Permutation Feature Importance does currently not render correctly.

Possible soutions: .JPG -> .jpeg? See what other chapters did :). Look at the Makefile for Code

The figures are self made. We changed JPG to jpeg, hopefully should solve it. We can only check after master pull. The command in the makefile is the same we used previously.
