"Required complexity" in "Edit a Folder" is empty #260

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. login --> passwords
2. choose "Edit a Folder" 
3. choose drop down menu "Required complexity"
--> list is empty

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
--> list should show options

What version of the product are you using?
cPassMan 2.0rc4 

On what operating system? With what Browser (IEx, FFx, ...)
Firefox 10 / IE8 on Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

It's difficult to say ... perhaps to 2.1.
But try to be closer the last released version

Next 2.1.7 will be released soon.

Since 2.0 there has been several important changes ... more you'll wait for 
upgrading to 2.1 and more it will be difficult to migrate (change of encryption)
