Version in PIP #9

Hi,

Any chance you could push most recent ver to pip? Current ver in pip is 0.2. Would like to use 0.3.

TextBlob 0.11.0 uses NLTK's averaged perceptron tagger, which should be preferred over this package. I don't think I will make another release of this project.
