Hey @gumdum This is what we talked about in Discord, right? Thanks for creating a separate issue for it.
2.A. I'm not completely sure what you mean here, so can you please elaborate on that?
2.B. I will add an example with bottom bar and drawer over the next couple of weeks. Then we'll also see better what's maybe missing or could be useful to add.
Happy Holidays and thank you for looking into the request @slovnicki !
2.A. Beamer may already provide the ability to index a page, and I am just not using it correctly. I believe if the example were built out in 2.B it would probably answer all my issues. Thank you!
When working with Drawers and Bottom Navigation, along with example 2 bottom nav drawer, the drawer does not have it's own indexed stack. Therefore, when a user clicks on anything in the drawer, the current stack from the bottom navigation is pushed onto. For example:
User is browsing bottom navigation index 2 (reading a book page). The user clicks on the drawer at top left/right and selects Profile Page. The index 2 stack receives the profile page, thus skewing the users reading. Normally, when clicking on Profile from the drawer, it would go onto its own stack, and the user would then have to reselect Index 2 of bottom nav bar to go back to their book.
2.A. This feature request is for the ability of beamer to generate its own index system similar to how bottomnavigationdrawer works automatically. This feature request is specifically for bottom navigation. It can be used with anything that involves tabbed indexing and drawers/modal page browsing.
2.B : In the event #2A is nott possible; a request for an example be provided called: bottom navigation bar 3 with drawer example. Where individual stacks along with a drawer are used.
Thank you for the great work and robust navigation solution.
