I can't create the index patterns. I've followed everything and have gotten the "acknowledged:true" back from the curl and everything seems to be set up correctly, but when I go to create a new index pattern, I don't see anything panos related. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I've been playing with it all day. I did have to make some changes to the json files just to get it to accept it, but not sure if that changed anything. I had to remove the default mapping, remove the "version" line, and pass "?include_type_name=true" into the URL to get it to accept
