Missing WindowHint #35

I am missing GLFW_MOUSE_PASSTHROUGH (131085), I tried to do it by using the int and updating glfw3.dll but no luck

Hi I'm sorry. I haven't worked on this project in basically 2 years and don't have the time to update it anymore. I'm going to put this repo in archive mode.
