Use git submodules to add spotify-api-plusplus to the project, and create a build system for both Android and iOS #3

Currently, the library is just essentially copy and pasted into the android directory, when it should be linked to the actual git repo to be updated more easily, and in the root directory so it can be accessed more easily from both the android and iOS directories.
