Create a service that streams tweets from the admin panel #1

It would be good to be able to subscribe to all tweets that end up here: http://food-poison-us-rails.herokuapp.com/admin

This way we could alert a team of people when something pops.

How would you want to subscribe? An email or RSS feed?
