Proposal: Each person would have a GDrive folder and each Vertical would have a folder. Open question - what is the threshold for creating a folder? Likely core or higher.

Is there a process for updating this and also retaining prior status/ect?

Since completing it I only added Renee and generally can check in monthly to make sure it's reflecting current contractors. I imagine its most helpful for @SirAh0 and @eleventh19 for budgeting and access management purposes.
