The "hamburger" mobilemenu icon needs fallback if FontAwesome is disabled #3

Adding a fallback for the mobilemenu "hamburger" icon would help so users can Disable fontawesome without affecting the theme functionality.

The arrow up in the "In Page Navigation" menu is also fontawesome and could use a fallback as well.
