A couple trigger issues and text-to-speech #140

Thank you for all the work you do on this! This tool is incredible. I've only had a couple minor issues and some of the triggers are incorrect.

  1. Cobalt Boots click buff Strength of the Kunzar is misread as Storm Strength and the duration is around 18 min too long.
  2. Blazing Vambraces click buff Shield of Flame is misread as Inferno Shield and duration is about half that of the actual buff.
  3. a brownie guard in Lesser Faydark has an incorrect respawn, should be 16 minutes
  4. Having an issue where there are no text-to-speech voices listed anymore so I don't get anymore audio notifications of triggers.

ill take a look at these and get them fixed

@smasherprog I deleted all my files and re-downloaded the latest version. This corrected the issue with the text-to-speech voices.
