Merge into libssh

It's very helpful. Do you have plans to merge your modifications in libssh? It would be a great addition.

I submitted a patch a long time ago along with one of the required permission statements but they rejected it because they wanted me to go redo it using their tracking system which was new at the time and I basically got told by my boss that they could use it but we didn't have time to go do that for them. It's here if they want it. But you're the first person besides me I have ever seen ask for it so they probably just don't care much.

I still haven't tried to get them to accept the change again. I understand why you want me to but it's probably a non starter for me. I am too divergent at this point so I suspect they won't accept my differences unless I go to the trouble of creating a bunch of separate pull requests. You have my permission to submit the changes to them on my behalf or prepare the submission(s) and have me send it in. The various things that are different in my repo are

• logging changes
• visual studio 2013 compatibility (this just amounts to not using %z format specifiers)
• I fixed a crash encountered by one of my customers during key exchange
• manual refunding of ssh channel window (my server is asynchronous so I can't refund the packet when I am done reading. I have to wait until I send the reply)
• customized IO functions (which I believe is why you are here)
• respond with AUTH_FAILURE when an unsupported key method is attempted by the client

I think that is it. Also I just merged upstream from them in both stable-0.9 and master. Both of which have all these fixes.
