Label the disabled object with needed script (and rating link) #264

Please upgrade scriptno so that a disabled object on a page such as a video is 
labeled with the url of the script that needs to be enabled. Otherwise one has 
to keep going back to the menu and turning on (sometimes needless) scripts one 
after another til you hit on the right one. Its frequently not obvious which 
script needs to be enabled to get a video or something else to work.

It would even be cooler if one didnt need to go back to the menu but could just 
click on the url of the objecct on the browser page itself to enable that 
script. Or click on the rating url adjacent to it.
