[Feature] Disable blocked scripts counter #288

Dear Andrew,

Could you please to add the possibility to disable blocked scripts counter for 
purpose of productivity?

It grabs attention like unread mail messages counter from another Chrome 
extension. It would be great if the ScriptSafe icon will more imperceptible.

Thanks for your nice plugin which makes the World safer!
