Changes to hi, mr, ta language patterns vs. TeX-distributed patterns? #1

Greetings,

When checking patterns used by the SILE typesetter (https://github.com/sile-typesetter/sile/issues/1275#issuecomment-2336607298), I noticed that 3 files (for hi, mr and ta) received small fixes in 2016-2018.

That came after they were also uploaded to the TeX hyphenation repository, which henceforth does not have these fixes.

The Changelogs here however were also not updated.

Perhaps notifying these changes to the TeX hyphenation repository owners would help the newer versions to spread more globally? (I don't know how things work here, that might be a question for them rather than you, but as the author here, you might be involved at some point?).

IIRC @mojca added these petterns to https://github.com/hyphenation/tex-hyphen/. It was many years ago.

@mojca, If tex-hyphen can sync this small changes it would be great
