When uploading an image, if the file name is the same, past images will be displayed in duplicate.

When I upload two image files with the image name "download.jpg", the first uploaded file is displayed twice on the site.

Measures to consider

1. Change the process to generate the file name at the time of upload to prevent duplication of the file name by using the creation date and time etc.
