Please will you re-add translator command

You can use the old bot for this. If I write this into new bot I probably will have to use the Google Translate API (official) which costs $$$

I have added a cog that can do this. however, I will monitor potential abuse. This costs $20 per 1 million characters — it might not see like a lot but if people spam and use this command then it could potentially cost me $$$. And if this happens then i will stop it

This is not necessary, I can just use the old bot if you grant me access to do so. I don't want you to be out of pocket.
