How do we use this?
You mentioned in your blog that its possible to use this to expland 
customize on our own.  So how is this done?

Take a look at the files in that folder.  They are simple plist files.  You can 
add
your own by copying and pasting an entry in those files and modifying it to 
suite
your needs.
