Norelsys NS1066 not compatible with D2x CIOS #63

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attaching a hdd utilising a enclosure using this USB3-SATA bridge chipset
results in the loader hanging while attempting to access the HDD, in the case
of usbloader gx, it hangs for what seems like forever trying to load the drive
but eventually times out and loads without the installed games present

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected would be for it to work, reality is harsh and expectations a aren't
always met, i am aware.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
No idea, this enclosure is new.

Please provide any additional information below.
The enclosure using the chipset in question is available from this link

Actually the usb loader tries to load the hdd before the cIOS.
So please try another usb loader like wiiflow. Sometimes different loaders have
a different outcome due to HDD init implementation.
