emulators multipling and disappearing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.entering emulator and exiting
2.switching sources
3.

What is the expected output? What happend instead?
i will play an snes game and when i return i would like to continue browsing my 
game list but instead it disapears

What version of the product are you using? Which d2x cIOS version?
i am running wiiflow mod 3.1 rv522. d2x version 8

Please provide any additional information below.

when i enter wiiflow and switch to my plug ins they wont load unless i rebuild 
my cache. when i select a game ( doesnt matter what game or what emulator) and 
return to wiiflow all my games are gone.so i have to rebuild cache again they 
all show up. but in multiples and sometimes quadtriples the same games. also 
sometimes wiiflow will display some of the games under a werid name like 
$re12.xa. im totally confused.
