Support for over 256 lines of codes, to allow use of Brawl+ and Project:M. #111

When attempting to load large mods for Super Smash Bros. Brawl, such as Brawl+
or Project:M, the game loads as normally despite the .gct being in the correct
directory.

I assume this may be due to WiiFlow lacking support for loading codes with over
256 lines.

I thought this was fixed long ago, but on the upside bBrawl works for now.

Project M has really taken off in popularity as of late, and it currently does
not work in the wiiflow 4.2 (it has more than 256 lines of code). Wiiflow is a
great loader (and sexy to look at), but this lack of functionality is going to
really put it behind the other loaders (even behind the now ancient
"configurable usb loader, which works with project M").
