USB Drive doesn't properly init when autobooted from Priiloader #130

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Priiloader
2. Use Priiloader to Autoboot Wiiflow
3. Turn the Wii on at least 10 seconds after you last turned it off (so, the
hard drive spins down).

What is the expected output? What happend instead?
The expected output is that is should boot properly and display the games
loaded onto the USB Drive, instead, Wiiflow inits too fast and doesn't wait for
the USB drive to fire up which then boots the Wii into the "NAND Emulation/
Choose Partition" Screen and then crashes when it can't find the USB that was
hooked up in prior boots.

What version of the product are you using? Which d2x cIOS version?
Wiiflow 3.1 R663. D2X-v8Final

Please provide any additional information below.

Didn't notice that Wiiflow Mod merged back into the original project and had
been updated. I'm now on 4.1 and the issue has been fixed. I apologize for
missing that fact. Silly me. I would delete the issue I made, unfortunately, I
don't see how or know if I'm able to do so.

Hey, no problem that you opened it up, and yes that was a stupid bug I created
in the old mod versions and never noticed since my drive instant spins up, I'll
just close it with status invalid ;)
