DVD playback and dumping #87

since we're using mplayer ce as a plugin now and it has the capability to both 
play DVD disks directly and dump movies to the hard drive, I thought of two 
related, potential enhancements :

1. When a DVD video is in the drive and one hits the "disk" button, use the 
mplayer ce plugin to play the movie.

2. When there is a DVD video in the drive and you hit the "install" button, use 
that plugin to dump the movie and add it to the coverflow.
