Wodeflow needs access to Internet or "Wode not found" #33

Wodeflow r14 says Wode not found if it can't access Internet. I's not enough 
for the Wii to be on a WIFI network: the network has to be fully initialized.

If it's really necessary for Wodeflow to have access to the Internet, the error 
message in case of the contrary should be clear.
