Upgrading system with hubot/Ansible seemed successful but didn't happen #11

It's hard to tell what happened. There are no clues in the hubot logs.

The fact that the indicated version on the about page is often wrong also doesn't help: see https://github.com/daisy/pipeline-assembly/issues/97 and possibly https://github.com/daisy/pipeline-webui/issues/55.

This is most likely because Debian files are not deleted from /tmp.
