Provide development state and release candidates on latest/edge and latest/candidate #23

It'd be nice if the snap channels would provide a build of the current state of the development branch of the upstream sources on the snap channel latest/edge as well as a build of the latest release candidate on the channel latest/candidate. Currently these channels point to the latest release.

@krichter722 - this may require some automation which we currently don't have. Is there something we can use as a trigger?

@tunix Unfortunately, I don't have any knowledge about snap creation and maintenance.
