More advanced fediverse blocklist integration?

We automatically benefit from the Bluesky team's moderation for Bluesky => AP, but we don't have an equivalent for AP => Bluesky yet. We should integrate a basic, conservative blocklist.

Candidates:

• IFTAS DNI.
• Oliphant's
• Seirdy's

OK, I've started with Fedinuke, using opt_out.py:
