Initial setup of database and code:

[x] Port over old code from VT-class
[x] Update database
[x] Commit to github
[x] Create database tarball, add to http server
[x] Add basic documentation.

Next steps:

[ ] ICTV based taxonomic classification.
[ ] Drop "root" from operational taxonomy
[ ] Integrate ICTV and operational taxonomy methods
[ ] Test for speed
[x] Create environment.yaml file
